Our products are hand made and always delicious because our standards never vary.  This is the old way. To us, it's the only way.  We manufacture high quality, value added seafood products, such as stuffed quahogs, stuffed scallops, lazy man's stuffed lobster, chowders, super colossal stuffed shrimp and traditional clam pie. Our delicious offerings have maintained their original character, bursting with fresh ingredients and the freshest local seafood available.

We utilize local Cape Cod shellfish under HACCP guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices.  At The Cape Cod Stuffed Quahog Company we honor the traditional craft of hand stuffing, using no short cuts. We prepare our own flavorful broth from scratch using fresh, unprocessed shellfish. We saute hand prepared vegetables so each ingredient is cooked to taste and texture perfection. We make all of our products in small batches for optimal flavor.
