Our own hand made clam chowder base is made from the most flavorful Cape Cod Bay quahogs and clams, fresh quahog broth, potatoes, and spices. Our bases are concentrated, so just add an equal part of light cream to create the perfect starting point for your own signature chowder. Serve as a first course or by itself for a quick lunch… just add your personal touch and enjoy. Each 16 oz. container makes 32 oz. of chowder after equal part of dairy is added.
